As the creative mind behind much of the Rob Pike Agency’s marketing, storytelling, and community outreach, Linda enjoys finding meaningful ways to connect with the people we serve. From writing stories and creating graphics to sharing local events and educational resources, she loves helping insurance feel a little more personal and a lot less intimidating.
After more than two decades as an elementary school teacher, Linda brings her passion for educating others into everything she creates. She believes the best marketing isn’t about selling—it’s about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people understand how to protect the people, places, and dreams they value most.
Whether she’s creating content, planning community projects, updating the website, or welcoming clients into the office, Linda’s goal is simple: make every interaction feel genuine, helpful, and rooted in the values of the Thumb communities we’re proud to call home.
Hadley
Hadley is our four-legged team member and Chief Client Relations Officer. She loves coming to the office, greeting clients with a wagging tail, and making sure everyone feels welcome.
When she's not busy collecting pets and attention from visitors, you'll usually find her searching for cookies or hoping someone will share a treat. Her favorite part of the job, however, is riding along with her dad as he visits clients. Whether it's a trip across town or a drive through the countryside, Hadley is always ready to hop in the truck and go.
